Vivian Health (formerly Nursefly) is one of the leading nurse staffing marketplaces in the US. I joined the engineering team at SSI Decisions and contributed across the frontend and backend — building the Daily Matches not-interested dismissal flow, HPO card refinements for recruiters and the Vivian VIP marketing experience with deep-link signup CTAs. The codebase is a large React and Next.js monolith with high traffic and strict quality standards.
